NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that beginning on Monday, November 14, 2022, the 2023 Draft Budget for the Borough of Phoenixville is available for public inspection at Borough Hall. The 2023 Draft Budget is also available for review on the Borough’s website at: www.phoenixville.org.
Borough Council will consider adoption of the 2023 Budget at its public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm prevailing local time.
Due to the requirement of social distancing, public participation at these meetings will occur through remote connections, via computer, tablet, smartphone or phone in supplement to in-person. Telecommunications participation will allow any member of the public to indicate they would like to speak and offer comment during the public comment portion of the meetings. Residents and taxpayers who wish to participate or listen to the meeting may call-in or log-in. Directions for connection to and participation in the meetings will be published on the Borough’s publicly accessible website at www.phoenixville.org.

On Tuesday December 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, the Phoenixville Borough Council will consider an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Borough of Phoenixville:
An Ordinance Levying for the 2024 Fiscal Year, Real Estate Taxes for General Purposes, Fire Protection and Public Parks and Recreation.
Due to the requirement of social distancing, public participation at these meetings will occur through remote connections, via computer, tablet, smartphone or phone in supplement to in-person. BOROUGH OF PHOENIXVILLE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Borough of Phoenixville is requesting proposals (RFP) for Janitorial Cleaning Services. Proposals must be received NO LATER than 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
The Request for Proposal is available online at no cost at: http://www.phoenixville.org/Bids.aspx
Hard copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained in the Phoenixville Municipal Building or by calling (610) 933-8801.
Any questions regarding the RFP should be addressed to the Borough Manager at (610) 933-8801 between the normal work hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Last day for questions will be COB, Friday, September 15, 2023.
All RFP’s must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP.
