Free Gun Locks
The Phoenixville Police Department has gun locks
available to any resident who requests them.

Resident Vacation Notice

Are you going away?
The security of your home is a legitimate
concern when you are away.
We will check your house while you are
away to reduce those concerns.

Are you Moving?
Parking Sign Request

If so, we try to help with this event if we can but
Cannot guarantee we can always help.
Please give at least one week's notice
and we will make up signs for you.

You will need to pick the signs up from the Police Department
at least 2 days prior to moving day, so that the signs can be
posted for at least 24 hours in advance so your neighbors
will know about the parking restriction.

In Order to provide your business with the best possible service,
the Phoenixville Police department in conjunction with the
Chester County Department of Emergency Service,
requests information from you with regard to emergency contacts.
Please keep in mind that the information you supply will be
kept on file at both the Phoenixville Police Department
and the Chester County Department of Emergency Services
and will be used in case of a Police and/or Fire Emergency.

Once the form is completed by you and your physician,
you may bring the form back to be notarized
FREE of charge if you are a resident of the borough.

Then mail the notarized form to the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Please be aware that PennDot processes this form
and we have no way to track the progress of your application.
