Incentives - Opening a Business
When opening a business in the Borough of Phoenixville you must
make an appointment with the Code Enforcement Director, Frank Tallarico
to review the zoning of your proposed business. If the Code Enforcement
Director finds that your business is allowable by right
you will be ask to submit the following Paper Work:
Complete Zoning Permit Application
Appropriate Permits for you Tenant Fit Out
3 Sets of Architectural Drawings
Complete Signed Permit Application

HARB Design Guidelines
HARB Sign Guidelines
HARB Storefront Guidlines
(If business is located in the Historic District)
If your business is not allowable by right you may be required
to submit an application to the Zoning Hearing Board for a
variance or conditional use to open your business
