HARB - Members
The Phoenixville Historical Architectural Review Board is a public advisory body
created by state and local laws. The HARB helps to protect the architectural
and cultural heritage of the Phoenixville Downtown Historic District by
considering the effects of proposed exterior changes to buildings and
properites within the district and commenting on the
appropriateness of those changes.
