Strength, Core & Flexibilty Class

 This class is focused on using the body's resistance and will include minimal use of


A 45 minute class focused on strengthening the core. This class focuses on

strengthening the abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips, and shoulders either as the

primary or supportive muscles. It will also include regaining flexibility which helps ease

everyday body discomfort.

All abilities class, can modify for most levels. Participant has to be comfortable and

able to lay on the floor.

Equipment needed: Mat and water

pre-registration is preferred, but $15 drop ins are welcome as well
