All levels welcome! Come join Steph on Thursdays 9:30-10:15am for a great workout! 30 minutes of cardio exercises (dancing and hi/low aerobics) mixed with body resistance strength moves for sculpting the legs, glutes, and arms!! Followed by 15 minutes of core work using either a chair or the mat! Be ready to have lots of fun!
Dates: This program is 6 weeks- June 2nd---July7th
Location in Rec Center: Exercise room 1
Drop-in cost: 15$ a person.
