SummaryThe plan and application propose to consolidate and further subdivide two (2) parcels consisting of the former Phoenixville Area School District’s Kindergarten Center located at 100 School Lane and the Phoenixville Industrial Complex at 41 S. 2nd Avenue, further identified as TMPs 15-10-123 and 15-14-404 respectively. The tract is located within the Mixed-Use Infill (MI) District. The majority of the tract will be developed with ninety-three (93) residential units, consisting of townhome and twin residential building types, private roads, associated site improvements and stormwater management facilities. Two (2) separate parcels totaling approximately three (3) acres are proposed which would be offered for dedication to the Borough for Public Open Space and Municipal Use.

Revised Remedial Investigation Report - TriState Environmental Management Services, Inc. (TriState), a subsidiary of Chapman Environmental Services, has submitted a Revised Remedial Investigation Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Southeast Regional Office, on behalf of Toll Mid-Atlantic LP Company, Inc. (Toll).  The report was submitted as part of Toll’s continued compliance with Pennsylvania’s Land Recycling (Act 2) Program for redevelopment of the Site and the program’s public outreach requirements for sites attaining the Act 2 Site-Specific Standard when a Public Involvement Plan is developed at the request of the municipality in which a site is located.  The above report and any future Act 2-related documents submitted to PADEP can be reviewed on the Site’s website (https://www.FormerKindergartenCenterandLeightonIndustriesFacility.com) and at the Phoenixville Borough administrative offices.  Comments to any of the reports and plans should be sent to Terence A.
