Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has two main routes that service the Borough of Phoenixville.Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA)

Effective: September 2, 2014

Route 205 will no longer service Phoenixville or the Great Valley area including stops at Penn State Great Valley Campus, the Shops at Great Valley, Uptown Worthingtown, and Vanguard. 

205 will now run from the Paoli Train Station through Cedar Hollow Road, and Swedesford Road west to the Chesterbrook Corporate Center.
