Youth Quadball
Inspired by fictional quidditch, quadball is a mixed gender sport with a unique combination of elements from basketball, dodgeball, and tag. Students will be learning the non-contact version of the sport including how to score a quaffle, throw a bludger, and catch a snitch for their team!

Together we will learn the planets in our solar system, build a refracting telescope, defy gravity with parachutes, make our own constellation projectors, build a stomp rocket, and more! We will also do some bonus experiments in engineering and mix in some science art.

On Saturday, October 15th, the Phoenixville Police Department hosted it's first BBQ Pitmasters Throwdown Competition! 

Congratulations to Smoking Bones BBQ and Brewskis BBQ for taking home top prizes! All proceeds from the event were donated to Orion Communities.

Thanksgiving is the peak day for home cooking fires with more than three times the daily average for such incidents. Christmas Day and Christmas Eve ranked second and third, with both having nearly twice the daily average.
