The tax office will be open for payments and questions during the following times:
- Each Thursday from 11:00am to 1:30pm

After June 30th, it will be face value for the rest of the year, Borough Council waives any fee or penalty otherwise associated with the late payment of the real estate tax if the real estate tax is paid in full by December 31, 2020.
Mailing Real Estate Tax Bills
The Phoenixville Borough Real Estate tax bills are mailed annually in March. Property owners are responsible for all taxes on their property. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the taxpayer from the responsibility to pay.

Types of Taxes
The Borough of Phoenixville levies two types of taxes:
- 511 taxes
- Real estate taxes
Real Estate Taxes
According to State Statute, the Borough Council is able to levy up to 30 mills without court intervention. The 2020 millage is 6.23 or $623 per $100,000 of property assessment.
Chester County and the Phoenixville Area School District also send out real estate tax bills.
