The Housing Partnership of Chester County (HPCC) is pleased to announce the launch of our 2025–26 Winter Fuel Assistance Program, designed to provide vital heating support to Chester County homeowners as colder months approach.
This program offers up to $500 in direct payments to oil or propane vendors on behalf of eligible homeowners with incomes at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Priority consideration is given to senior households (age 60+) and those with incomes below 30% AMI.
