Passport Parking is a mobile payment software that offers a flexible payment option other than cash. You can pay per use with a credit or debit card or use Passport’s Wallet option. You can access Passport Parking through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- The Parking Passport website
Passport Wallet
Passport Parking’s Digital Wallet provides parking customers the ability to add and store prepaid funds in their account.
When you pay using the Prepaid Wallet, the transaction is simply deducted from your pre-funded account rather than being charged to a credit or debit card each use.
Zone Numbers
Passport Parking is another option to pay the parking meters or kiosks located in the Borough Lots only. Each lot has its own dedicated zone number. The zone number is noted on meters (where there are metered spaces), but not on the main kiosk. The borough tells us that there is additional signage about the numbers posted in the lots.

Are you moving or having work done to your property that may require reserved parking?
If so, you may want to apply for temporary no parking signs. Complete and submit the application in the forms section. Requests for temporary no parking in a residential area must be submitted with 48 business hours notice and we will post the signs for you. Please know the signs must be posted in a residential area at least 24 hours in advance so your neighbors will know about the parking restriction.
For postings in Town Center, requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance in order to be posted within enough time in the downtown.
You may also make a temporary parking request for renting out a parking lot. Presently, we use the following lots for rentals
· Lot 2 : Main and Bridge Street lot - 36 spaces available for $75/hour
· Lot 8 : Smithworks Boulevard lot - 117 spaces available for $240/hour
· Lot 9 : Church Street Parking lot - 44 spaces available for $90/hour
When renting a parking lot there is an additional flat admin fee to process lot requests of $39. When requesting a lot please leave a wider window before the day of rental, as processing can take significantly longer.
These requests are submitted to, processed, and executed by the Parking Department.
Form
The Borough is excited to announce that it will be furthering its’ commitment to green energy sources by continuing to add electric vehicle (EV) charging stations!
These spaces will be paid parking spaces just as any other in Borough owned/managed lots, and will be able to be paid for cash at the lot kiosks, or via the Passport Parking Mobile App.
Can I use one if my electric vehicle is not a Tesla?
Yes! These stations have two heads that will allow for both Tesla and non-Tesla brand vehicles to charge.
